A. Registration as Presenter of Accepted Manuscript in the ICTSBAF 2025

Eligibility

At least one author must register as the presenter of the accepted paper, while additional authors register as participants; if more than one author wishes to present the accepted paper, each of them must register as a presenter.

Steps to Register

1. Make the payment for the registration fee and capture a scan or photo of the proof of payment. (Registration fee is Php 4,500.00 (local) or USD70.00(foreign))

2. Prepare the revised paper based on the recommended journal template, revision matrix and author details.

4. Fill in the required information (Name of Presenter, Mode of Presentation, Email Address, Contact Number, Institution/University, Country, Title of the Accepted Manuscript, Complete list of Author/s, Abstract and Keywords).

5. Upload the proof of payment (For onsite payments, please upload a promissory letter indicating that payment will be made at the cashier’s office of PSU).

6. Upload the PowerPoint Presentation.

7. Provide the presentation’s video link (Google link) (for online presenter only).

8. Upload the revised manuscript (IMRAD or the recommended journal template format).
9. Upload the revision matrix.
10. Upload the author details.
11. Submit the registration form.

B. Registration as Participant in the ICTSBAF 2025

Eligibility

Open to professionals, researchers, students, and industry practitioners interested in attending the conference without presenting a paper.

Steps to Register

1. Make the payment for the registration fee and capture a scan or photo of the proof of payment. (Registration fee is Php 2,500.00(local) or USD40.00(foreign))

3. Fill in your personal details.
4. Upload the proof of payment (For onsite payments, please upload a promissory letter indicating that payment will be made at the cashier’s office of PSU).
5. Submit the registration form.

Alternatively, you may pay onsite at the PSU Main Cashier Office in Lingayen, Pangasinan. In this case, please upload the promissory note in the “Upload the Proof of Payment” section of the registration form.

D. Confirmation and Acceptance of the Revised Paper (after registration as presenter)

1. Receipt of Revised Paper – The committee receives the revised paper from the author.

2. Review of Revisions – The organizing and technical committee head checks the paper to ensure that all comments and suggestions have been properly addressed.

3. Verification of Completeness – All required documents and revisions are verified for completeness.

4. Acceptance of the Revised Paper – If all comments and suggestions are properly addressed and documents are complete, an email is sent confirming that the revised paper has been received and accepted.

5. Request for Further Revisions – If minor or major issues remain, an email is sent requesting additional revisions.

6. Submission of Fully Revised Paper – The author submits the fully revised paper, which will determine whether the paper remains in the list of accepted papers or is withdrawn.

7. Communication to Corresponding Author – All decisions regarding acceptance, further revisions, or withdrawal are communicated to the corresponding author prior to the conference date.
