Submission Guidelines
Guidelines for Paper Submission to ICTSBAF 2025
General Information
The International Conference on Technology, Social Science, Business, Agriculture, and Fisheries (ICTSSBAF) 2025 invites researchers, academicians, professionals, and students to submit original research papers for presentation.
Paper Categories
1. Technology. Innovations in artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, cybersecurity, industrial technology and engineering, blockchain, data science, and smart technologies.
2. Social Sciences. Research in sociology, psychology, political science, and other interdisciplinary studies addressing societal challenges.
3. Business. Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, Business Analytics, Marketing Strategies, Corporate Social Responsibility, and International Business.
4. Agriculture and Fisheries. Sustainable Farming Practices, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Security, Precision Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Rural Development.
Submission Guidelines
1. Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review in any other journal or conference.
2. The manuscript must be written in English and formatted according to the ICTSBAF 2025 review template.
3. The maximum length of the paper should be 15 pages, including references, tables, and figures.
4. The document must be submitted in MS Word format (.docx).

Submission Process
1. All papers must be submitted via the official conference submission portal.
2. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
Review Process
1. All submissions will undergo a single-blind peer review process.
2. Each submission will be evaluated by up to two peer reviewers assigned by the organizing and technical committee head.
3. The peer reviewers will encode their assessment results in a Google Form.
4. The organizing committee head will consolidate the peer review results.
5. A decision letter will be sent to the corresponding author via email, summarizing the review results
Guidelines for Selecting the Best Paper and Best Presenter Per Category
Eligibility
- Only officially accepted papers and registered presenters are eligible.
- Papers and presenters must fall under their designated category.
Evaluation Committee
- Each paper and presentation will be evaluated by a qualified evaluator.
- Evaluators must declare any conflict of interest and inhibit themselves if necessary.
Scoring Process
- Evaluators must use the official rubrics provided for Best Paper and Best Presenter.
- Scoring must be based solely on the quality of (a) the submitted full paper (for Best Paper) and (b) the oral presentation (for Best Presenter).
- The organizing and technical committee head will re-evaluate the paper with the highest initial score in a category with multiple evaluators. The highest score will be declared the Best Paper and will receive a cash prize of Php 5,000.00.
- If the category has multiple sessions, the presenter with the highest score in the category will be declared the Best Presenter and will receive a cash prize of Php 3,000.00.
Minimum Standards
- A paper must score at least 75 points to qualify for Best Paper.
- A presenter must score at least 75 points to qualify for Best Presenter.
Ties
- In case of a tie, the organizing and technical committee head shall decide together with the evaluators.
Validation
- All results undergo final review by the Organizing and Technical Committee.
- Cash prizes and certificates will be awarded to the Best Paper and Best Presenter recipients.
- Decisions are final and irrevocable.

Content (40pts)-Relevance, depth, and contribution of the presentation to the field.
Presentation Skills (30pts)-Clarity, confidence, and delivery of ideas.
Visual Aids (10pts)-Quality, effectiveness, and creativity of slides or materials.
Audience Engagement (10pts)-Ability to answer questions and interact with the audience.
Time Management (10pts)-Presentation delivered within the allotted time.
Official Rubric for Best Paper Award
. Relevance and Contribution (30pts) – The paper’s significance and contribution to the field.
Technical Quality and Originality (30pts) – The accuracy, depth, and novelty of the research.
Clarity and Presentation (20pts) – The organization, structure, and readability of the paper.
Use of References (10pts) – The relevance and credibility of cited sources.
Language and Style (10pts) – The correctness and fluency of English used.
Publication Opportunities
All accepted, registered and presented papers will be recommended to partner Scopus/Web of Science (ESCI) indexed journals, PSU journals, or ICTSBAF Book of Abstract.
