The International Conference on Technology, Social Science, Business, Agriculture, and Fisheries (ICTSBAF 2025) will be held on November 24–25, 2025(online and onsite), at the PSU Golden Lion Hotel, Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines. Organized by Pangasinan State University, the conference is being conducted in collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education Region 1 (CHED R1), Caraga State University, and Thu Duc College of Technology in Vietnam, together with its partner institutions and organizations, namely Aklan State University, City College of Calamba, Kalinga State University, Marikina Polytechnic College, Northern Iloilo State University, Pampanga State University, Pangasinan Polytechnic College, Quirino State University, Universidad de Dagupan, University of Antique, University of Eastern Pangasinan, Urdaneta City University, World City College, Siquijor State College, Baguio Central University and the Quantum Computing Society of the Philippines.

This international gathering aims to foster a dynamic exchange of knowledge and research across the rapidly evolving fields of technology, social science, business, agriculture, and fisheries.
